QUALITY CONTROL
How BOPP Laminated woven back seam bag been made ?
1. Raw Material Preparation
Blend PP resin with masterbatch and additives for strength, UV stability, and process consistency.
2. Tape Extrusion & Stretching
Melt and extrude PP film → slit into tapes → stretch for tensile strength → wind on bobbins.
3. Flat Weaving
Weave PP tapes on flat looms to form flat woven fabric rolls (not tubular).
4. BOPP Film Printing
Reverse-print customer artwork on BOPP film using high-quality rotogravure printing.
5. Lamination
Laminate printed BOPP film to woven fabric using extrusion or adhesive coating.
➡️ Output: BOPP laminated flat fabric rolls.
6. Backseam Tube Forming
Fold laminated fabric and seal edges (hot-melt or ultrasonic) to create a backseamed tube.
7. Cutting & Bottom Sealing
Cut tubes to bag length and stitch or glue bottom seam (open mouth or block bottom).
8. Quality Control
Inspect lamination adhesion, seam strength, printing, and bag size.
9. Packing & Dispatch
Bundle, bale, label, and palletize bags for shipment.

EcoFlex™ Production Process
1. Raw Materials
Select high-quality films (BOPP, PET, PE, CPP, etc.) with inks and adhesives for printing and lamination.
2. Printing
Reverse print design on film using rotogravure or flexographic printing for sharp, colorful graphics.
3. Lamination
Bond printed film with other layers (barrier or sealing film) using dry or solventless lamination to create a strong multilayer structure.
4. Curing
Store laminated rolls in a curing room to set adhesive and remove residual solvents.
5. Slitting
Cut wide laminated rolls into smaller rolls based on required pouch or packaging size.
6. Pouch Making
Form different pouch styles — stand-up, 3-side seal, center seal, or gusset type — using heat sealing and gusset folding.
7. Quality Check & Packing
Inspect print, seal strength, and lamination quality before bundling and shipment.
